Agape Connect Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Agape Connect mobile app can request or complete account deletion.

In-App Account Deletion

Agape Connect users can delete their account directly inside the app by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Agape Connect app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
  5. Tap Delete My Account and confirm the warning.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When an account deletion is processed, Agape Connect may remove or disconnect the following:

  • Sign-in access for that account
  • Profile information connected to the account
  • Notification tokens and related device records
  • Membership access tied to the account
  • Church directory visibility tied to the account

Some shared church communication records may remain in limited circumstances where retention is reasonably necessary for the rest of the church community, including message history, announcements, attachments, legal obligations, security needs, or records that affect other users.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in to the app and still want your account removed, contact:
