El Roi Digital Ministries designed and operates Find Your Church Palacios as a free public guide that helps residents, visitors, and families discover churches across Palacios and nearby communities. The platform brings church information into one clear, searchable experience while allowing every congregation to remain independently represented.

Visitors can explore church profiles, service times, ministries, languages, accessibility details, maps, directions, and community events. Church leaders can submit or claim a listing and use the Community Ministry Hub to keep their information current without paying a directory fee.

El Roi Digital Ministries designed and maintains the Agape Family Outreach Church website, and it is updated weekly as an active part of the church's ongoing ministry rhythm. Rather than serving as a simple informational page, the site functions as a central digital hub where church communication, teaching, worship support, and member engagement are brought together in one place.

This project reflects the kind of thoughtful, practical support El Roi Digital can provide to ministries that need more than a basic online presence. It shows how a church website can be built to support real weekly ministry life with clarity, accessibility, and ongoing care.

Faith Creek Church Website Platform

A hosted church website system that can support an existing site or help launch a church's very first one

El Roi Digital Ministries is also building a fully customizable hosted website experience for churches that want something easier to maintain than a traditional custom site. Faith Creek Church serves as a strong example of that work in action. The public-facing site is clean and ministry-ready, but what makes the project especially valuable is the administration experience behind it.

Through the admin dashboard, church leaders can change the site theme, update homepage images, manage events, publish event details, handle registrations, and review contact form responses in one place. The goal is to give churches a system that feels polished and professional without requiring leaders to become web developers just to keep their site current.

In many cases, this same system can be uploaded into and adapted around a church's existing website so they do not have to start over from scratch. It can also be used to help a church launch a brand-new site, including a ministry's very first website, with a structure that is easier to maintain from the beginning.

This is the kind of website platform we believe can serve many churches well: flexible enough to reflect a ministry's own look and rhythm, but simple enough that everyday upkeep does not become a burden. No major technical skill is required to maintain it, and El Roi Digital remains available to help whenever a church needs support.

Agape Connect App

A custom church communication platform now in open testing on Google Play, with Apple still pending

Agape Connect is being developed by El Roi Digital for Agape Family Outreach Church and is now in open testing on Google Play. That gives the church a practical way to begin using and reviewing the app while broader release work continues. Apple release work is still pending. The app is designed to help members stay connected throughout the week by giving them a direct, ministry-centered communication space that complements the church website rather than competing with it.

This project reflects El Roi Digital's ability to build custom ministry tools beyond a traditional website. It is a practical example of how churches can move toward more connected digital communication when their real needs call for something more tailored.

El Roi Digital developed and maintains the Agape Kiosk System, which is used on two tablets in the back of the church. It creates a simple and accessible digital touchpoint for both visitors and members, helping people engage with important church processes without needing extra paperwork or complex steps.

This project helps move routine engagement tasks into a clean digital workflow and demonstrates how physical church spaces can also benefit from thoughtful technology. Even a modest in-person system can strengthen hospitality, organization, and follow-through when it is designed with ministry needs in view.

SightKeep reflects another side of El Roi Digital's work: building practical web systems around real workflow needs and then shaping the product carefully through active development. It is a strong example of how we approach product development with clarity, usability, and patience rather than rushing something unfinished out the door.

The current platform brings church event discovery, registration, ministry coordination, and secure children's check-in into a connected workflow. Its public experience and product foundation show how El Roi Digital can take a ministry concept, build a working system, and keep refining it with long-term usability in mind.

While SightKeep serves a different setting than our ministry-focused tools, it still reflects the same development philosophy: keep the interface clean, make the workflow understandable, and build something people can actually use with confidence.

A Pre-K assessment platform developed to meet a practical community need

SightSteps was developed by El Roi Digital after identifying a real local need. While it sits slightly outside the organization's primary ministry focus, it is a strong example of the same development approach applied in a different setting: identify a problem clearly, build something practical, and make it usable for the people who need it most.

The platform is ready for pilot conversations and continues to grow through classroom-informed refinement. It documents and interactively assesses Pre-K students while demonstrating El Roi Digital's ability to build thoughtful systems with real-world usability and workflow awareness.

SeenCue

A free cue playback platform for Windows, with Google Play open testing now live and Apple still pending

SeenCue is a simple, dependable Windows desktop app created by El Roi Digital Ministries to make live sound cue playback feel calm, clear, and professional. It was built for churches, ministry events, school theatre productions, rehearsals, and performances that need a focused cue system without unnecessary complexity.

SeenCue now includes both the Windows desktop release and an Android tablet app in open testing on Google Play. Apple release work is still pending. The Android build is being shaped for tablet use rather than phone use. The platform allows teams to organize cues into large clickable tiles, assign audio files, add notes, trim playback ranges, preview cues before saving, and use live controls like fades, looping, global volume, and cleaner operator views. It reflects El Roi Digital's desire to build tools that are polished, practical, and genuinely useful for real ministry work.

Ethiopian Millennium Bible English Translation Research Project

A proposed human-in-the-loop research platform for a possible authorized English translation study of the 2007 Ethiopian Millennium Amharic 81-book Bible. AI and cloud tools would organize preliminary translation candidates and uncertainty signals, while qualified human reviewers would examine and approve every passage.

No source text will be ingested or translation presented as official unless written authorization is received. Human expertise, documented review, and transparent version history remain central to the proposed model.
